Creative Commons (CC) is a non-profit organization designing and offering free-of-charge copyright licenses primarily for authors or artists. These licenses specify the extent to which authors or artists reserve or waive the rights for copying or distribution of the works created for the benefit and use of other artists, creators, or general recipients.
